Transformer winding resistance meter.

ATTI-TP.
Transformer characteristics meter.

Characteristics measurement of single-phase and three-phase transformers:
     - transformation coefficient and its deviation from the nominal value;
     - phase shift and deviation from nominal value;
     - automatic determination of the connection type of transformer windings (vector group);
     - determination of the equivalent conductivity of eddy currents.

AITTS-98.
Comparator for calibration of current transformers and voltage.

     - Verification of transformers of class accuracy from 0.01 to 10.0;

     - amplitude error measurement with an accuracy of ± 0.4%;

Metel-35.
Electricity accounting and monitoring system.

     - three phase power accounting system of class 0,5;
     - Metel-35 sensors are hang on the power line of 10 ... 35 kV;
     - the recording is conducted by the sensor for each phase separately;
     - Rogovsky transformer and capacitive voltage transformer are used;
     - the energy value and change profile are transmitted via Bluetooth to the terminal which connects to the sensors if necessary;
     - power supply from capacitive voltage transformer.



LK-10.
Control meter.

Control meter LK-10 enables uncertainty determination of induction and electronic energy (active and reactive) meters, as well as measurement of basic parameters of one- and three phase networks.
Control meter accuracy is defined at level 0.1%. Direct and indirect (Dietz clamps) currents inputs extend meter’s usability. It is possible to connect meter head (e.g. GL-10) and hand probe (e.g. GR-10) for checking slow-running meters. The possibility of test report direct printing on thermal printer, connected to control meter is a very useful facility. LK-10 meter enables determining the error of meter’s counter, direction of phase rotation and measurements (True RMS) of voltages, currents, power and energy. Control meter is small and lightweight, its safety and tightness enclosure provides good protection in rough operating conditions.
This device is assigned for Power Utility services, it is specially useful in fighting against illegal power consumption, combined with neodymium magnets applying. Very high accuracy class and low, competitive price are additional features of the meter.


WPPS-300.
DC/AC current source.

AC and DC Current Source type WPPS-300 is designed for checking and regulations of protection automatic devices supplied with AC and DC current e.g. current transformers, overcurrent and voltage relays, releases thermal protection, switch contacts etc. during start-up and periodical tests.
It enables:
     - determination of instrument transformer ratio;
     - controlling and setting of protection automatics systems;
     - determination of release operating threshold;
     - determination of self-times of switches;
     - determination of resistance of switch main contacts.




MND-26.
Switch contacts anticoincidence meter.

Switch contacts anticoincidence meter MND-26 is designated for simultaneous measurement of open and close times up to 6 switch contacts, what enables determination of their operation anticoincidence.
This meter allows analogue signals recording (e.g. currents in switching on and off coils and arming current).
Meter MND-26 is microprocessor-based mobile device for switch contacts anticoincidence determination in cycles: W, Z, WZ, ZW, WZW, with taking into account arming time too. Measurement can be started internally - it performs automatically in predetermined time, or it can be initiated by external voltage signal 110 ÷ 220 V AC/DC. It is possible to start measurement by changing state of one contact (only anticoincidence measurement, but without necessity of voltage control of switch). The results are stored in memory and displayed on LCD screen. It is possible to print results on internal printer (Kafka type) and send them to computer or pendrive, using USB interface. Duration of contacts vibration can be read from printed copy or from recorded time diagram, using computer software. During time and current measurements, voltage of switch coils supply is measured too. Meter with printer is placed in suitcase and can be supplied from internal battery. Charging device is built in meter, printer is optional accessory.


PZT-30.
Transformer’s tap-changer position indicator.


The newest version of indicators (previous PZT-21 to PZT-29) is PZT-30 device. Tap-changer position indicator is designed for remote reading of number of actually chosen tap and for recording operation data of tap-changer. Indicator makes possible sending information about tap position through current output or BCD/digital output and serial interface RS 485 with MODBUS RTU protocol.

RW-1.
Shock recorder.

Recorder is destined for simultaneous measurement and recording (in three axes: X, Y, Z ) of accelerations (g-load) occurred during loading, shipment and unloading of transformers, generators, motors, medical equipment and other shock-sensitive devices.
Recorder is equipped with LCD display and keyboard, for settings change and calibration related to device mounting. Recorded data are saved in EPROM memory together with date and time of event. For better explanation of records, every power on/off event is recorded. After operation user can browse saved data directly on LCD display, print them on internal printer or send to computer through RS 232 interface. Software (Windows based) enables visualization of recorded data. Recorder has internal battery, which allows continuous operation during 60 days.


HYDROCAL-1003.
Gas-in-Oil-Analysis System with Transformer Monitoring Function.

Monitoring system SMT-EE is designed for transformer on-line diagnostics. It consists of Hydrocal device for gas-in-oil and moisture- in-oil measurements, ZVCM 1001 device for bushings monitoring and SMT software for data visualization and processing. Additional signals from temperature sensors and current transformers could be use in system, what allows calculation of hot-spot and insulation ageing rate.
Hydrocal 1003-1005 (MTE Meter Test Equipment, Switzerland) Intelligent system for the individual measurement of dissolved gas in oil contents:
    - hydrogen (H2) and carbon monoxide CO – model 1003;
    - hydrogen (H2), carbon monoxide CO, acetylene (C2H2);
    - ethylene (C2H4) – model 1005 and moisture (H2O) in the insulating oil of power transformers.
Hydrocal is mounted on a valve on the transformer tank, without necessity of transformer switch-off.
Graphical firmware Hydrosoft enables Hydrocal parameters setting and data reading from memory. Hydrocal is equipped with communication interfaces for connection with external systems.
Software associated with Hydrocal 1003/1005 system allows:
    - on-line, remote monitoring of all measured values;
    - trends of gas-in-oil and moisture content;
    - notifying user in case of alarm (by SMS too);
    - communication with external SCADA systems.


ZAT.
Transformer Anti-theft Protection System.

Transformer Anti-theft Protection System – ZAT system – it is a system used for protection against the theft of devices installed over a large area and connected to the low voltage power network.
The task of the system is a quick and reliable trasmission of information on interference in the device to its owner.
ZAT-1 sensor it is a device for continuous monitoring of the object protected. The device is resistant to ambient conditions typical for the Polish climate.
